Our team has been getting crafty lately! Jen from our Everyday team (the mastermind behind our decorative National Stationery Show displays every year) put together a few decorative heart-shaped wreaths with Valentine’s Day in mind. She created both wreaths with extra envelope liners that were going to be recycled, but they could easily be made using any of our gift wraps. The first piece is a massive heart made of tiny paper cones. Jen started with a large piece of cardboard for the backing cut into a heart shape (and sized a bit smaller than the final product — you’ll want the cones to hang over a bit so they hide the cardboard edges), then made small paper cones and adhered them to the outside and worked our way in (check out this tutorial for some helpful visuals). We love our ATG guns for craft projects like this one, but you could also use a glue gun for this sort of project.
Jen also created a heart-shaped wreath using a variety of rose gold foil envelope liner scraps, with hints of gray mixed in. For this wreath, she started again with a heart-shaped, cardboard base, but instead of cones, covered the wreath with small leaf shapes adhered with ATG. To give the wreath volume, Jen pinches the adhered end of the leaf just a bit before adhering so that it doesn’t flatten out. The leaves are then layered over the entire base until it’s covered and voilà! A festive (and reusable) Valentine’s Day wreath.
We worked with Mieke at Simply Put to create these iconic Bar Mitzvah invitations for Jordan’s December celebration. The party was held in Atlanta at the College Football Hall of Fame, and the invitations helped set the tone with details inspired by Jordan’s favorite team — the Texas Longhorns. Thoughtful touches were included throughout this modern set — we loved the play-on-words used on some of the pieces, like the “kickoff” for the Friday evening services, and “hook ’em” for the Saturday night party card. Guests were asked to share their favorite college team on the reply card, a detail that was incorporated as a final touch at the actual event.

Jessica and Adam chose our Ashbourne design to set the tone for their cozy autumn wedding, and created a full custom invitation suite and programs in a soft color palette of pewter and sand inks. Guests cozied up with white blankets on the grounds of A Private Estate for the couple’s riverfront ceremony, then made their way to the barn for the cocktail hour with warm mulled sangria in hand. Inspired by their love of local food and wine, the elegant farm to table reception featured a unique trios of salads and desserts, which were artfully served up on striking wooden plates by Michael Scott Catering. We can’t get enough of all the beautiful details that went into this wedding — especially the amazing florals by Saipua! Inspired by an adorable Kate Spade dress, these painterly invitations were created for Drue’s fourth birthday party – which was, of course, a paint party! We created custom envelope liners for the thank you notes to match the invitations and the cute die-cut thank you tags that were created for favors also included the custom pattern.

Jade and Matthew combined two of our designs to create their elegant wedding invitations. Their invitations and combination reply + reception cards feature our Galena design, with design accents highlighted in subtle pearl shine foil. We created a Gosford stlye invitation sleeve featuring the names of the bride and groom inside of a simple cartouche and surrounded by the pattern from our Avella design. Metallic glass envelope liners added a final hint of shimmer to this timeless set.
