Custom Offset Photo Holiday Cards

Modern and a little bit quirky, we love these custom holiday cards that we worked on with our friends at Nest Paper Studio in Oxford, Mississippi. They use motifs from our Everyday collection, offset printed in pewter and red inks. They cheekily wish family and friends a holiday that is “off the chain,” a playful season’s greeting that we can’t help but love.

Don’t forget that our Smock holiday promotion ends December 1! Visit your local Smock dealer to get started today.

Check out the December issue of Martha Stewart Living where they featured our double-sided (and super eco) holiday gift wrap! Our wraps come two oversized (24″x 36″) sheets to a roll and are beautifully printed on FSC certified, 100% post consumer recycled paper in Upstate New York. The issue is on newsstands now so check it out for tons of holiday gift wrapping inspiration – and a huge thank you to our friends at Martha for including us!

Custom Monogram Wreath Lettepress Holiday Cards

We continue our tale of a letterpress Christmas with these pretty photo cards printed for Anne Grace Designs in Dallas. This custom design features two cards fastened with a grommet on the upper corner. The design is printed in red and olive inks and features our bambine pattern in red on the front and back of the second card. The family is attaching a photo to the second card for a lovely, custom letterpress photo card. We love how bright and festive this design is, perfect for the holiday season.

Custom Crochet Letterpress Holiday Cards

We’re going to take you on a bit of a holiday adventure this week! With just a couple of weeks left to take advantage of our free envelope printing promotion on custom holiday orders, we thought we’d share a handful of the incredible letterpress holiday cards we’ve been printing this year. Nothing gets us excited for the holidays more than a really beautiful letterpress card, like this custom design featuring the crochet motif from our Smock Everyday collection as pretty snowflakes. Printed in silver and navy inks, this lovely customization came to us from our friends at Kate’s Paperie at their Midtown location. Still on the hunt for the perfect custom holiday cards? And you’re invited! We do hope you’ll join us – friends, clients, dealers, general public, and the curious at heart are all welcome. (Details to come!)

Custom Smock Boxes for Engage!10 at The Breakers

A couple of months ago we worked with Posh Parties in Jupiter, Florida, one of our awesome Smock dealers, to create a custom box for engage!10 at The Breakers. The boxes were based on our new (and already incredibly popular) Smock gift boxes and created especially for the engage!10 festivities. The event organizers placed cute tags and flowers on each one and packed each box with a scrumptious lunch. We love this idea for a casual picnic wedding or a rehearsal dinner on the beach. Check out our gift box collection in our shop, available now.

Smock Design Contest – Custom Letterpress Wedding Invitations

Today we’re excited to share this lovely custom letterpress wedding invitation design, second runner-up in our latest Smock Design Contest. Brought to us by our good friends at Judy Paulen Designs at Bloomingdale’s, it features a colorful mix of color and pattern that we just adore. The letterpress invitations were printed in mango and espresso inks and the inserts were letterpress printed in slate and espresso inks. All of the pieces were backed in our champlain pattern in mango and the envelopes were lined in champlain printed in reverse, white on mango.

Our special guest judge, Kristen Magee of Paper Crave says of her pick for second runner-up, “This suite oozes class without being staid, and the fantastic color choices and patterns give it a very modern feel. I also love the playfulness of the language on the reply postcard and rehearsal card. But the detail that put this invitation in my top three is the incredible patterned envelope liner. Love it!” Thank you to Kristen for helping us out with the judging and lots of love to Judy Paulen Designs for sending us this beautiful design!

Smock Travels – New York City (Part I)

While in New York City last week for our Kate’s Paperie events, we took the time to visit many of our favorite Smock retailers! We have lots of photos of our events with Kate’s to share, but first we wanted to share a little glimpse at the rest of our travels across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our first stop was The Village Invites on 43rd where we spent time chatting with Linda, Adrienne and Jaye. They have the prettiest assortment of great gift wrap and big spools of ribbon that make us dream of wrapping the loveliest of holiday packages.

Being Halloween week, there was no shortage of costumes to be found throughout the city. Here, Lindsy poses with a great Big Bird costume and with a creepy skeleton in our hotel lobby.
