About our Everyday line

Our Everyday line is made up of letterpress occasion cards, thank you notes, gift wrap, keepsake boxes, coasters, art prints, gift tags, notebooks, and more. All of our goods are made in upstate New York with the planet in mind. 

Order Minimums

Our opening order minimum is $200, payable by credit card. Our reorder minimum is $100. We are happy to work with you on a Net 30 basis – please contact everyday@smockpaper.com for a credit application.

Shipping + Timeframes

Orders ship within 5 business days. Rush shipping adds $20 and ships in 2 business days. Same day shipping adds $40. Please contact us for rush shipping availability. For orders containing over 40 medium or large boxes, please contact us for timeframe and shipping rates.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Please submit all cancellations or changes to your order by phone, fax, or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order changes or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 10% of the amount of the order (minimum $10). Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported by phone, fax, or email within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
