Kate and Dan’s family and friends traveled from near and far to attend their Nantucket wedding celebration this past June. Their nautical letterpress wedding day pieces included programs, menus, table number cards and a details booklet. Each coordinated with the other, using blues such as our Royale and Azure letterpress inks as their color palette of choice. These pieces reflected the easy, laid-back nature of the island with design accents like an organic border around the program and a fun dot pattern for the table number cards. The details booklet added a personal touch with a note from the bride and groom and a list of events scheduled for the weekend. We have no doubt this wedding came together as beautifully as their day of pieces – thanks to the help of Parchment Fine Papers!

We worked with Simply Put to create this memorable grommeted invitation for Lewis’ Bar Mitzvah celebration in Atlanta. These colorful Bar Mitzvah invitation booklets contain captured moments from the family’s trip abroad paired with sweet annotations commenting about their experience. There is something to be said for an invitation that engages the guest in an interactive way and serves as a keepsake at the same time. After creating this unique set, we are confident that this was an unforgettable celebration!

We personalized our Brynn design to create Maggie’s jewel toned Bat Mitzvah invitations. Featuring a pretty palette of orchid, azure, royale, and violet inks, the invitations and party cards both included a modern, text-based design on the front, with a colorful pattern covering the back. Orchid edge painting and striped patterned envelope liners added additional bursts of color to this sweet set.

We created a completely custom letterpress invitation suite for Honor and Jay’s black tie celebration at Winvian Farm earlier this month. The entire suite – which included an invitation and folio, save the date, reply card, website card, rehearsal dinner invitation, brunch card, and a custom map – featured custom, hand-drawn illustrations inspired by Chinoiserie style porcelain. Little nods to the wedding venue were worked into the custom illustrations, which spanned the entire back of the invitation folio and were sprinkled throughout the additional pieces.

A beautiful array of soft blues and greens were featured together on this sea glass inspired version of our Keira invitation. Sarah and Robert chose letterpress printing in azure ink for the main text on their invitations, which added texture to the colorful, digitally printed piece. We duplexed the invitation and added azure edge paint to make the piece more substantial. Reply cards and event cards were printed to match, and a custom watercolor envelope liner added an extra layer of color to this unique invitation set.

Inscriptions on the Boulevard in Fort Worth, Texas submitted these cheery rehearsal dinner invitations. Our pearl pattern was used on the invitation and the exterior of the folio, and gives off a fun, confetti-like look. The bubbly feel continued onto each insert card in the suite, and we love the way this stellar set came together!

At this time we are pleased to show off the Smock Design Contest Winner Plaques! Designed by our talented in-house designer Lindsy Aragona, these stunning plaques are letterpressed in our rich ocean and azure inks on our 2-ply white bamboo paper. The amazing Debi Zeinert adds her gorgeous touch of hand calligraphy. We gave these plaques to our top ten winners. Our next Smock Design Contest will be featured in 2012!
