These first birthday party invitations were dreamed up by one of our client coordinators here (mom is Andrea, son is Maddox). Andrea used our favorite calligrapher (Debi Zeinert from the Blooming Quill) to write out the invitation in Debi’s “Whimsy” style, using a matching green ink. The envelopes were addressed with matching calligraphy too. So cute and sophisticated and cute!

Smock has had some nice mentions in the world lately, including Ideal Bite (the eco Daily Candy); Frolic; and Doucette Duvall.

We recently printed our Rhon design in our grass ink + pewter and we love it. See the original Rhon in Verbena yellow. Ever since we launched Smock at the Stationery Show in May, this design has been everyone’s darling.

We love this tiny save the date! It’s the sweet size of reply or reception cards and, beside being elegantly adorable, it’s also less expensive than larger save the dates. Dreamed up by Wordshop & client in Denver, Colorado. Engadine design, printed in tangerine & moss inks.

RSVP Studio (Toronto) dreamed this invitation up with their client: they wanted some of the flowers moved to the invitation’s upper right corner, and the names written in calligraphy accents by our calligrapher Debi Zeinert. Ink colors are a custom ink + eggplant. The back pattern is Lucerne in eggplant. Another great idea on this invitation suite: printing the invitation in 2 colors, but printing accessory pieces in 1 color (the reply card is in the custom pantone; the direction card is in eggplant). This keeps the invitation special, while bringing down the cost of the additional pieces. We have been blown away by the creativity of our clients and our stores these past few weeks.

This save the date came from our friends at Real Card Company in Seattle. Inks are dove + eggplant, with the Ledon pattern printed on back in midnight. This is a custom design based on one of our “About Smock” cards–who knew it would make such a lovely save the date?
