Smock is sponsoring Doucette Duvall’s Fashion Week show. We just printed these invitations up and the colors (black & bright green) are making us swoon over here. Doucette Duvall is an awesome company who shares Smock’s commitment to the planet. What do our invitations and social stationery do once the sun goes down? Good question! We were curious too. So what better way to spend a Saturday evening then sprawled on our stomachs, camera in hand, in the dark, with all sorts of creepy crawly creatures that come out in the night, to capture pics of our invitations in a very subtle light. Okay, okay, so we were also inspired by what we’ve seen in fashion magazines lately, as well as on some of our favorite blogs here and here, and also we wanted to show our invitations as being more than pretty, because they are.

This is a 2008 Fashion Week invitation we did for Hess Natur by Miguel Adrover. Designed by the folks at Korn Design. Letterpress printed on our Smock bamboo paper. We’re kind of in love with it.
